Keeping fit has been reported to help prevent symptoms of many ailments and it also makes any individual feel younger and live longer. Our sporting activities and dais not only cater to the physiological and overall health of the community, in helping each member achieve their best physique but it also provides opportunities for students to participate in various sporting competitions and serves as a preparation ground for future exploits such as the Olympics. Our Youth Fitness Centre also offers a “strictly members only Club” on Saturdays where, the distinguished members have the privilege of maximizing the use of our entire sports facility and receive individualized support from our unending party of experienced and professional coaches. The talents of children in football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, swimming, track and field, as well as gymnastics and dance/movement is explored and developed.

These facilities are available for rental for both private and corporate use. Events such as bonding sessions, fun day, schools inter-house sport competitions as well as birthday parties etc. Our indoor Sports/Event hall is also available for rental.
